Review policy

How We Collect Reviews

Every review on Futcoin comes from a customer with a completed order.

Verification

When an order is delivered, the buyer receives a one-time link to leave a review. We match each review to its order, so only real buyers can post. These reviews carry a Verified Purchase badge.

What we publish

Positive and negative reviews alike. We don't edit wording, hide low ratings or pay for reviews.

What we remove

Reviews with offensive language or personal data
Spam and duplicates
Reviews that aren't about a Futcoin order
