If we can't deliver

If we cannot deliver your order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

72-hour guarantee

If coins delivered by us go missing from your club within 72 hours of delivery, we redeliver them or refund the affected part of the order. How to claim.

Partial delivery

If only part of an order can be delivered, you are refunded for the rest.

When refunds don't apply

• Coins that were delivered and then spent or traded by you.
• Delivery failures caused by a locked transfer market or wrong account details you gave us, once we've told you and you haven't fixed them.

How long refunds take
